Tube settler media are used in water and wastewater treatment systems to enhance solid–liquid separation. They consist of multiple inclined tubes or channels arranged in compact modules, which increase the effective settling area within a clarifier. As water flows upward through the tubes, suspended particles settle on the tube surfaces and slide down into the sludge zone due to gravity. Tube settler media improve sedimentation efficiency, reduce settling time, and increase the capacity of existing clarifiers without requiring additional space. They are commonly used in water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants (STPs), and effluent treatment plants (ETPs).

Fill Pack Media – Short Note Fill pack media is a structured or random plastic media used in cooling towers and wastewater treatment systems to increase the contact area between water and air. It is typically made from PVC or PP and designed with corrugated or honeycomb patterns to promote uniform water distribution and efficient heat or mass transfer. In cooling towers, fill pack media enhances heat dissipation by breaking water into thin films, while in wastewater applications it improves aeration and treatment efficiency. Fill pack media is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, easy to install, and available in different flute sizes to suit various operating conditions.

MBBR Media (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) media are specially designed plastic carriers used in biological wastewater treatment systems. These media provide a large protected surface area for the growth of beneficial microorganisms (biofilm) that break down organic pollutants, ammonia, and nitrogen compounds. The media move freely in the reactor with the help of aeration or mixing, ensuring uniform contact between wastewater, microorganisms, and oxygen. MBBR media are lightweight, durable, and resistant to clogging, making them efficient and low-maintenance. They are widely used in sewage treatment plants (STPs) and effluent treatment plants (ETPs) for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment.
